<br>It’s not everyday you buy for a new project, or upgrade your existing furniture style... <BR><BR>We provide high quality teak furniture for restaurants, cafe's, bed and breakfast properties, offices, boutique hotels and guest houses - whether you are in project planning mode, or looking to refurbish.<BR><BR>We have tried to give you access to as much information as possible so that you can decide if our furniture suits your requirements. The designs are kept simple so as not to detract from the setting you wish to use it in.<BR><BR>The Java Collection specialises in importing original furniture and accessories that have been carefully restored as well as repeatable items made using neglected teak timber. The wood is mostly reclaimed from floorboards, benches and door panels. <BR><BR>Being naturally seasoned, the wood is ideal for producing a wide range of indoor furniture. Each item has its own distinct character, so some will appear more "weathered" than others depending on the timber used. <BR><BR>This website gives you an idea of our ‘core’ items, however we order on demand from our suppliers, giving you access to new designs and an ever expanding choice. We recommend you speak to us directly about your individual project, so that we can try and match your needs.<BR><BR>Due to the geographical spread of the hospitality industry, we do not have a 'showroom' per se, but try to illustrate our product in situ so that you can see how they look.<BR><BR>The Java Collection imports furniture from Old Java. The furniture is made from carefully selected teak, either reclaimed old wood or plantation timber, from Central and East Java. This is then manufactured to the finest quality reproduction antique and colonial furniture, as well as a range of traditional and contemporary styles.<BR>
