<br><P>Grass Trees Escape is made up of Grass Trees House and Tallow Wood Pavilion. Both are fully self-contained houses each fully equipped except for linen and personal requisites. Together they accommodate 10 adults in 5-bedrooms, or can be rented separately as 3-bedroom and 2-bedroom residences. Both residences are available overnight with a 2 night weekend minimum.<BR><BR>To secure your holiday booking, a deposit of 50% is required to be paid within 7 days of booking and the balance, including a bond, is to be paid on arrival. Payment may be made by cash, cheque, money order or electronic transfer. For Christmas, Easter, June/July and Sept/Oct school holiday bookings, the balance must be paid one month prior to the commencement of the booking.<BR><BR>Payment of the holiday accommodation deposit constitutes the clients acceptance of these <A class="" href="http://www.grasstreesescape.com/TermsConditions.html" target=_top>Terms and Conditions.</A><BR><BR>Please check availability and make a request for the dates you require using the links below.
